Arkansas River Valley Bands

Arkansas River Valley Bands is a social media group whose purpose is to showcase the area high school bands in the Arkansas River Valley area. Our goal is to capture the hard work and passion that area bands and their students have for the preforming arts. We provide insight into the activities and major accomplishments of area high school bands. We hope that area students will see how other band programs operate. Parents and students are welcome to send in videos and photos of any achievement or news to be featured on our page.

We cover the following area programs: Alma, Booneville, Cedarville, Charleston, County Line, Fort Smith Northside, Fort Smith Northside Freshmen, Fort Smith Southside, Fort Smith Southside Freshmen, Greenwood, Hackett, Lavaca, Magazine, Mansfield, Mountainburg, Ozark, Paris, Van Buren, Van Buren Freshmen, and Waldron.

Arkansas River Valley Bands also covers Drum Corps International, which is Marching Music’s Major League. During the summer, we follow World Class Corps and Open Class Corps as they go on tour and perform from June to August. This is in the hope to educate the area band students about the marching arts and encourage them to participate in Drum Corps.
